The exhibition successfully combines modern items and archaeological findings. They illustrate the continuity of the worldview, uniqueness of artistic traditions and secrets of the mastery of many generations of Koreans.
Collections of clothing, palace utensils, domestic and ritual vessels, agricultural tools and handicraft instruments reflect the features of life of different representatives of Korean society – peasants, city-dwellers, the nobility and the military class.
There are unique collections of old items of seladon, metal and white porcelain with underglaze painting.
Items of Koran art are distinguished by their subtle artistic taste and exquisite work.
