Traditional way of life

Despite the changeable fashions, many inhabitants of Indochina still stick to their national customs and traditions. They still build the same type of houses as their ancestors used to build; you can see people wearing national clothes in the streets and state institutions; use hand-made objects in their everyday life, and eat what is produced by their own land and what is made according to recipes of their national cuisine. However, under the influence of modern western urban culture, the everyday life of people is inevitably changing.
