Cooperation agreement signed between the MAE (Kunstkamera) RAS and ISMEO (The International Association for Mediterranean and Oriental Studies, Italy)

On April 20, 2023, a cooperation agreement was signed between the MAE (Kunstkamera) RAS and ISMEO (The International Association for Mediterranean and Oriental Studies, Italy). The cooperation will be of a fundamentally academic nature and is aimed at implementing cooperation on research, as well as museum and exhibition activities. As part of the agreement, it is planned to study, restore and demonstrate material (museum collections) and documentary data (handwritten, printed, photographic and graphic) about the historical past of Russia and the world and its researchers. It is also possible to organize scientific (field and restoration) studies, symposiums and temporary thematic exhibitions, as well as the publication of the most significant materials of joint research.
